How Core WorksINGESTIONGet any type of file into the system through our Java upload tool, watch folders, FTP scanning and integration with Codex, S2, P2 and Stop Motion Pro. META DATAAll embedded meta data is extracted from the file; our interface allows for unpmited category tags. TRANSCODECreate a high and low web proxy at up to 170 fps for quick turn around times and streaming through our web interface. SEARCHPowerful search features based on meta structures allow you to easily find the asset you're after across the whole studio within milpon of files. ACCESSHigh and low level access controls allow you to manage your workflow, ensure no one is seeing a file they're not supposed to, and each department can maintain creative control when needed. COMMUNICATE/APPROVALSSend comments to users, receive emails directing you to the asset, group or package of files. Use the annotations tool to draw on images/video/PDFs, use your mic to leave audio notes, tag with status to control distribution workflows. Instant Messenger for pve chats within the system.
