At TUNNEL POST Graphic Design Interns will work closely with the Creative Heads, Producers, Operations and Project Managers; to develop new projects, update our website, and help create new digital branding concepts within our office. Innovation and creativity is encouraged, and all individual talents, skill sets and current knowledge base will be considered for specialty projects as well.

Our Interns get the unique opportunity to learn all of the nuts and bolts of a full-scale post-production facility and environment by supporting our team in a myriad of ways. We are currently seeking out passionate and creative Interns who can perform all of the general duties needed for a post production office – which includes but isn’t limited to – reading and evaluating scripts, logging, development research, and gaining hands on experience in post-production tasks and work flows. Interns are sure to live and experience the ins and outs of post-production and it’s invaluable contribution to story telling.

Graphic Design Intern Duties Include:

• Putting together our monthly newsletter
• Creating and resizing web banners and print ads
• Maintaining our website
• Helping assemble, one sheets, brochures and client pamphlets
• Updating content for our web presence

Experience Required:

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator
• Basic web skills required (Dreamweaver and HTML)
• Knowledge of Wordpress, CSS, Javascript and PHP (a plus but not required)
• Must be organized and have a strong eye for detail

Tunnel, Inc. is a Santa Monica based company that embraces and employs its strong technological focus and unique innovative approach to create, restore, and deliver high-end media content. This content includes feature films, television programs, live events, commercials, interactive media, music videos, and trailers. Founded by Kyle Jackson and Alan Pao, TUNNEL started as a solution to a single post-production related problem and has since grown in both physical size and scope tremendously over the last 6 years. As a result, we have been able to engulf all aspects of post-production and apply them to all story telling mediums. In 2010, TUNNEL again expanded their operation into an entirely new state-of-the-art and custom built 15,000 sq. ft. facility only 2 blocks from the beach in beautiful downtown Santa Monica, California.
